After the Plunging Plane ~

Mark this day and time. 24th November 2004 approximately 1300 hr.

This is the first time I am involved in car accident. While happily on the way back from lunch, my colleague who is driving, hit a cyclist. The cyclist was fine. Minor elbow injury. The black Vios of his is dented.

I saw that cyclist from afar, clearly as I was on the front seat, next to driver. I gave no alarm to him, it seems that the 'more than smart' cyclist was not going to cross the road (cyclist paused in the mid of road). But he went on to peddle. Driver was watching out for a lorry nearby (... or maybe some babe on the Loyang Way). BANG. Hit the bicycle. Thank god, we didn't hit the cyclist, he fell and hurt his elbow. The driver panicked and turned his car to the left. We went toward the curb. No one is hurt in the car! But I got freaked out! YELLED during the crash.

OK... 2004 is a bit too exciting for me. It is either the plunging aeroplane (first time too!) or the car banging ... I guess I need to carry pills or tea that calm me well..

Wooo ... freaking day.

Being There

I think of this person alot when I get to know what he is facing now. Memories of us studying together, how he makes silly jokes, and the look of his while he brainstorms ... He is definitely not just another person in my life, he walked through a crucial part of my life with me.

I can feel how sad he is now. But somehow, I feel pretty "guilty" for not being there to go through his difficult times with him.

Fake it may sounds. But this is what I am seriously feeling.

I hope he can remain strong, brave and bubbly.. like the person I used to know.

And I do hope you gals out there to share your woes. That is what friends are for, ain't? And be reminded that my mouth can be very tight!

As the Sun Arises

As the sun arises, I used to have this refreshing feeling of another great day ahead. This feeling has sadly parted me.

Last night, Dottie commented that the christmas wish I should have this year would be a filthy rich 30 years old man to buy me expensive gifts. I don't wish and dream that much. All I ask for is a simple mind, simple day, simple life.

A part of me has been asking alot, setting targets to achieve. I am certainly asking it for myself and shall deserve it. This part of me has been tearing and wearing me out. I am getting tired of life.

Yet I have to face it.

Life has been getting to harsh..

Last night I wrote this in my daily journal..

"I wish for a simple life. To live with ease..To live with great passion that never dies. To be oneself that never fake, I shall laugh and cry not in the shade..."

A simple wish.. that takes a great effort.

As the sun arises..

Discrimination

I am really pissed when some idiotic guy made this statement: "Women don't have to be smart, they just have to have their brain juice used somewhere else.."

What the hell? If Marie Curie used her brain juice somewhere else, mankind will suffer more from Cancer. And there is plenty of other woman who have contributed to the human race with their brain juice!

I got to say that this guy has his brain juice drained. Thoroughly drained!!!

What an asshole!

Sunny! Finally

We just don't get enough of everything.

No money, no luck, no life... NOTHING. I don't even have a properly functioning alarm clock to wake my butt out of the bed.

This is how demoralised I am on a sunny saturday morning. 0935 hr. What can I do? While others are still keeping themselves warm in their quilts, I am in a poorly ventilated office, in front of the computer. I simply hate to work on saturday. But what can I do? NO MONEY, NO LIFE...

Whole lots of hell ... and GOD DAMN the Indians.
